Built in 1730 by the Clifford family, ever-present in the village for over 1,000 years, Frampton Court is set within an extensive grade I listed park and garden, with stunning views across to the large lake. Steeped in the beautiful Gloucestershire countryside and set on an estate of 1,600 acres, this exquisite and exclusive venue promises a warm welcome and provides the perfect private escape from the outside world.

For event guests keen to explore the idyllic local area, Frampton on Severn is well known for its traditional rural scene and its bustling village life including summer cricket on the Green, and Frampton Country Fair in the autumn. Situated close to the east bank of the River Severn in Gloucestershire, on the edge of the Cotswolds, it also boasts the longest village green in England!

A versatile event space and stunning corporate venue 

A country house, B&B and event venue, Frampton Court is a multi-purpose space suitable for meetings, team building away days, parties and weddings, and you can expect a personalised service whatever your event. 

The Court is the perfect venue for board strategy and senior leadership meetings, offering spaces for group sessions and individual conversations in a peaceful and private setting. The space can be equipped with all the required facilities and the reception room can be effortlessly transformed into private, sophisticated dining and entertainment space for the evening. Frampton Court is a venue sure to impress your corporate delegates – they won’t forget it in a hurry! 

From May to September, The Wool Barn at Frampton Court is available for a limited number of wedding receptions and parties, with the surrounding gardens perfect for hosting a drinks reception or erecting a marquee. As part of the package, the venue offers use of the elegantly furnished reception rooms in Frampton Court: the panelled Hall, the Drawing Room, Dining Room and Morning Room. 

Grand, yet accessible  

The architectural splendour of Frampton Court is complimented by an outstanding collection of contemporary 18th century furniture and furnishings. The house is beautiful, filled with stylish period pieces and intricate features, yet remains warm and welcoming. For guests staying at Frampton Court for more than a day, you’ll enjoy the relaxed splendour of the five beautifully appointed en-suite guest bedrooms, two with four-poster beds.  

Take a Tour 

In the summer months, larger groups can enjoy a private guided tour of the estate, including Frampton Court and its gardens, The Manor, The Manor garden and The Wool Barn. The buildings and surroundings are not to be missed and are guaranteed to fascinate any visitor! Groups can enjoy lunch or tea in The Wool Barn, where the menu features local produce taken from the gardens and orchards within the grounds. 

For guests looking to extend their stay, Frampton Court is also home to an exquisite 18th century Orangery, which has been converted into a charming holiday retreat sleeping up to 8 people.
