The possibilities are endless at Rendcomb College – with an array of spaces, venues and facilities, it is the perfect choice for corporate events. Break-out spaces and large rooms for gatherings, alongside a canteen and the excellent Griffin Theatre, make this ideal for meetings, conferences, parties and weddings. Team building away days have also proved popular at this truly versatile space, with guests describing it as “incredible quality and value for money” and the facilities as “second to none”.
Facilities galore!
If you’re feeling sporty or want to host some energetic team-building activities, Rendcomb College has you covered.
Astroturf was added in 2018 to an already impressive feature list, which also includes a sports hall, tennis courts and a gym. The vast outdoor space lends itself to any number of away-day events with activities such as bushcraft or a competitive football or tennis tournament using the 10 acres of sports pitches located on-site. There is no event space quite like it!
The Griffin Theatre
The newly-built, 350-seat theatre at Rendcomb College is perfect for AGMs and conferences. Its impressive industry-standard technical roster includes a PA system and full lighting and sound set-up (even an orchestra pit!). The highly skilled and communicative team will ensure your event is a huge success. The £3.3million theatre sits at the centre of the college campus and offers incredible views of Churn Valley from the hospitality deck.
This hugely versatile theatre space caters for all requirements, from performances to conferences, exhibitions and seminars.
An Exclusive Experience
With so many facilities in one place, this quirky and unique venue – which is not normally open to the public – carries an air of exclusivity. As Rendcomb College is a boarding school, it is open on limited dates so out-of-term bookings are encouraged. This does mean that the venue is considered ‘off the beaten track’ and opportunities to arrange bespoke packages and exclusive use of the site can be arranged by the friendly and accommodating team.
Labelled “a photographer’s paradise”, the main house is steeped in history – it was built in 1865, and the school itself celebrates its 100th anniversary in 2020. Opportunities to capture the perfect shot, or just take in the amazing views over the Cotswolds, don’t come much better than this. Easily accessible from Cheltenham, Cirencester and Gloucester.
